Local Manual:

  • Copy your files to an external device (USB, Network, etc.)
  • Android Backup
    • Back up or restore data on your Android device 
      “Note: Not all Android devices have settings in the same place or with the same names. For your specific device’s settings, see your manufacturer’s support site.”
  • Linux rsync / grsync

Automated:

  • iCloud Backups
  • Windows 10 File History
  • macOS Time Machine

Disaster Recovery

Offsite / Cloud: Backblaze

Schrödinger’s Backup: Your backup is always in a constant state of dead/alive depending on if it has been tested/verified.

If you haven’t restored your backup and tested it, do you really have a backup?

Don’t forget to stick to a schedule of restoring backups and testing of your most important files on a regular basis!
